Who delivers
Each order is packed and sent (or made ready for collection) by the seller you bought from. Items marked “Ships direct from supplier” are sold by us and posted by the supplier straight to you. Orders from several sellers arrive separately, and each may charge its own delivery fee.
Where
Australia-wide. Shelf-stable food, tea and coffee, clothing, bedding, towels, body care and household goods can be posted to any Australian address. Fresh, chilled and frozen food is local only (see below).
How
- Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post, tracked) or another tracked courier chosen by the seller. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.
- Click & collect from a seller's shop, farm gate or market stall.
- Seller local delivery in a booked window, including chilled and frozen food.
Delivery fees
Each seller sets a flat national rate shown in the cart before you pay. For our ships-direct range we propose $11.95 per order, free over $120. Fees are in AUD and include GST where it applies.
Timeframes
Most posted orders are dispatched within 2 business days; delivery then usually takes 2–8 business days depending on where you live. Each listing or store shows its own dispatch time.
Fresh, chilled and frozen food
Sellers must keep chilled food at 5°C or colder and frozen food frozen. Chilled and frozen items are not sent by post. Please check your order on arrival and tell us about any problem as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours.
State quarantine rules
Western Australia, Tasmania and South Australia restrict some products from other states, for example honey and bee products (WA), fresh fruit and vegetables that can carry Queensland fruit fly, nuts in shell and seeds for sowing. Enter your postcode in the cart and we'll tell you if an item can't be sent.
Missed deliveries, lost or damaged parcels
Email [email protected] with your order number and photos. You don't need to deal with the carrier yourself; the seller (with our help) will resend or refund.
