We started with organic food in Queensland. Shoppers kept asking the same question about everything else they buy: is this really organic? So we now bring together organic, natural and low-tox pantry staples, tea and coffee, organic cotton clothing and baby basics, bedding and towels, body care and cleaning, from sellers and suppliers across Australia.

Our one rule is honest labelling. Every product carries one of three badges: Certified organic (with the certifier named, such as ACO, NASAA, SXC, OFC, Demeter, COSMOS, GOTS or OCS), Organic (brand-labelled: as described by the brand, without a certificate we hold) or Natural & low-tox (no organic claim). We describe products plainly. We don't make health claims, and we never call a product certified without naming the certifier.
